Caterers Liability Insurance cover comprises:

£5million public liability
£5million product liability
£10million employers liability

Registered with Malvern Hills District council environmental health dept.

We are a member of NCASS and conform to their code of practice.

NCASS approved catering unit manufacurer AJC Trailers Ltd.

Catering unit is gas safe certified (formerly CORGI) and NICEIC (electrical wiring) certified.

Catering unit manufactured to ISO9001:2000 standards

All “Sutton-Lomas” employees hold current LEVEL 2 FOOD HYGIENE CERTIFICATION IN MOBILE & OUTSIDE CATERING

Sutton-Lomas operates and maintains a documented food hygiene system which complies with "The food hygiene (England) Regulations 2006" and is based on HACCP hazard analysis, critical control points. Food safety risk assessment available on request.

Sutton-Lomas operates to a Health and Safety policy, has risk assesments in place and maintained for both Fire Safety and Health and Safety. All assesments can be provided on request.
